Rules and Regulations for Everyone!!!

QUALIFICATIONS –

Lending Hands USA - provides support services through household rehabilitation, direct donation services and rural food delivery services (special circumstances must be met for food delivery) to the following:

· Low income at/or below $28,000.00

· Very low income at/or below $10,000.00

· Veterans from any era (Master Staff Sergeant and below)

· Law Enforcement

· Search and Rescue

· Fire

· Tribal

· Elderly

· Single parents

· Disabled

· Disadvantaged

· Members affiliated with other registered nonprofits 501 c (3) organizations.

· Widows of Law enforcement, search and rescue or veterans may qualify for services (Special Circumstances must be met prior to approval of services).

Please Note:

Lending Hands USA - is a self-funded organization and we rely strongly on public, private and company support of product donations. We do not request or apply for Government or foreign financial support.

Verification of Organization:

Lending Hands USA is a registered and verifiable non-profit 501 c (3) private foundation with a Federal Identification Number: 88-3279415 and is approved by the Internal Revenue Service and has been in operation since 2022. Lending Hands USA provides household rehabilitation services, direct donation and rural delivery of food support to qualified applicants throughout Apache and Navajo Counties of Arizona. Applicants Applying Must Submit the Following:

· Driver’s License (copy front and back)

· Social Security (copy front and back)

· Proof of Property (copy of deed, title)

· Utilities (copy of recent water, gas, electrical bill etc.)

· DD-214 (copy of military service)

· Law enforcement (copy of identification badge/number) (precinct location/phone number) (name of commanding officer)

· Search and Rescue (copy of identification badge/number) (precinct location/phone number) (name of commanding officer)

Privacy Policy:

The President/CEO and V.P. Of Business Operations view your personal information. No other personnel, staff or volunteers can view your personal information. Our private investigator and legal counsel are the only outside members we (Lending Hands USA) allow to receive, view, and validate your information. We partnered with numerous military or veteran type nonprofits registered as 501 c (3) public charities and we do exchange personal information with such groups. This type of method reduces “Double Dipping”. All applications are destroyed after one year. No applications and/or personal information are stored on any of our computers that are used online. All information is stored in an offline hard drive, this will prevent loss of your personal information due to hacking, computer theft etc.

Applicant Verification Process:

Upon receiving your information, Lending Hands USA will begin our verification process. We conduct financial background verification of property(s) and address search methods through the county assessor’s office and the Social Security to validate your information. Our private investigator and/or our attorney will provide deeper background, financial, property checks when needed.

Partnered Contractor Support Services include:

We seek partnerships with like - minded contractors in order to provide the utmost services for you and your home. This provides ease of mind when a professional contractor is providing their services on our behalf and to your home.

We seek contractors for the following: Sprayed-in-insulation in walls/ceiling/attic/garage if available, stucco repair, electrical 1-3 wire pulls, fuses panels per contractor digression, plumbing per contractor digression and HVAC roof or ground mount ac units per contractor digression, roofing repair or complete installation per contractor digression, cement such as driveway, sidewalks, decking, patios of existing areas per contractor digression.

Household Rehabilitation Services include:

Applicants must provide help with the removal and installation of the items listed below.

All household rehabilitation services are for owned homes, rv's, campers, mobile homes, travel trailers, tiny home, shed(Graceland, pioneer or other shed type) that has been made as a livable home.

Flooring (laminate flooring only), drywall, painting / taping(Interior/exterior), lighting interior/exterior, sealing of cracks in walls, floors, interior/exterior etc. insulation of home – (insulation batts only). Irrigation systems repaired (front and back) and/or limited irrigation installation, toilets removed and installed, sinks, cabinets kitchen/bathroom, doors interior/exterior (front/back), doorknobs/deadbolts, mobile home/rv/travel trailer leveling, interior frame widening for wheelchair access, wheelchair ramps, limited landscape renovation, Garden installs/repairs, removal of trees, plants, rocks or similar material that do not require the use of heavy equipment. Electrical cable (service drops), septic systems, solar panel kits will be installed when materials and equipment become available.

Direct Donation Services:

We donate and install washer, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, toilets, microwaves, heaters, air conditioners (window/wall mount), coffee pots, toasters, waffle makers, lamps, fans, rugs, blankets, beds (new only and when available), furniture (when available) and other miscellaneous household items. We cannot guarantee the item(s) condition. Some items are brand new and never used, some items are scratched, dented, discolored, discontinued. all items are tested prior to being donated and installed in your home. We will not accept used furniture and/or previously owned household items. We accept items from local stores only and donate to our valuable applicants.

Rural Food Supportive Services:

We will deliver fresh food to your doorstep. Applicants that are paralyzed, disabled and unable to drive into town to pick up food at grocery stores, food banks, churches, food pantries and/or any other method of food pick up. We will deliver the food to your doorstep. Medical proof from your Doctor or other health organization must state permanently disabled and unable to drive. (This service is not available at the current time).

Approval of Services:

Once you are approved for our services you and/or your family members, friends etc. are expected to participate in the repair service of your home unless directed otherwise by the Director of Construction or another Lending Hands USA executive member.

Costs for Household Rehabilitation Services:

All household rehabilitation services are “Free of Charge”. You and your household, property address of where the services will be provided for will not incur charges for materials, labor, permits etc.

Costs for Direct Donation Services:

All donated items are “Free of Charge”. You and your household, property address of where the donation items are being delivered and installed will be provided “Free of Charge” and you and your household will not incur any charges such as delivery, installation, materials, labor etc. fee’s.

Should a donated item fail to operate correctly, another item of the same type shall be provided for as soon as possible. The exact type, shape, color, brand etc. can not be guaranteed.

Double Dipping:

Applicants that are found double dipping (applying at similar organizations, throughout the United States – multiple times) will be disqualified for our household rehabilitation program or direct donation services and you will be fined for any costs we incur.

Fines:

Any fee’s Lending Hands USA incurs while verifying your information and should it become false or misleading information you will be fined for the costs Lending Hands USA incurs. Verification fee’s cost $500.00 to $1,500.00. Per the Internal Revenue Service, anyone found committing fraud against a public charity or private foundation registered as a 501 c (3) shall receive fines and/or possible imprisonment for a minimum period of twenty (20) years and a $250,000.00 fine (per the I.R.S.) (ARS rules and Regulations).

Rules:

Applicants that are applying for household rehabilitation services or direct donation support must provide documentation listed below. Any applicant failing to submit the requested documentation will be denied services. Any applicant submitting false or misleading information will be denied services and may be charged for our documentation verification methods. Methods used to verify applicants are by use of online verification methods, private investigator, Governmental verification processes and/or any other means needed to verify the legitimacy of an applicant’s documentation.

Applicants that have liquid assets such as a high property value of land, homes or other types of property and other liquid assets such as boats, jet skis, planes, helicopters, jets, atv’s, utv’s, dirt bikes or other all-terrain vehicles, remote control devices or outdoor/indoor enjoyment devices such as planes, boats, cars, trucks, dune buggies, helicopters etc. expensive computer gaming systems, parachuting and/or any other form of activity purchased by you and used for your enjoyment may be considered a liquid asset and you may be disqualified for our household rehabilitation services or direct donation services.

Lending Hands USA will not provide construction services to renters of apartment and condominium complexes, rental homes or any other living structure that is not owned by the applicant. Lending Hands USA will donate removable items that a renter may remove from the rental property and take with them to their next place of residency.

Household Rehabilitation Services will be conducted on properties owned by the applicant(s). No services will be provided to for friends, family members, colleagues and/or anyone else not directly married to the applicant.

Direct Donation items will be donated to applicants that own property such as a house, mobile/manufactured home, tiny home and/or any other home that is owned by the applicant.

Direct Donation items will not be donated to an applicant and installed for a friend, family member, colleague etc. and in/or on property that is not owned by the applicant.

Property ownership must be owned by the applicant for a period of one (1) year or more. Any recent property transfers from one sibling, family member, friend, colleague etc. in order to receive free household rehabilitation services, direct donations or food delivery services will be considered “Fraud” and this matter will be turned over to law enforcement as well as our legal representative.

Anyone found submitting false or misleading information shall be held responsible for any costs we incur, and these costs will be passed onto you. Such costs are property liens, court costs, attorney fees, private investigator fees, verification fees paid to the internal revenue service, or our incurred costs may be held against you and/or your property and may include imprisonment. Anyone found committing charity fraud shall receive fines and/or possible imprisonment for a minimum period of twenty (20) years and a $250,000.00 fine (per the I.R.S.) (ARS rules and Regulations).

Modifications to these rules and regulations will occur at anytime and with or without notice.
